Prepare flower beds and plant flowers, reseed/fertilize grass, rake sand in playground and volleyball court
Re-install light fixtures
Position equipment from storage to main pool area (benches, ladders, etc.)
Remove protective wood covers from pavilion, clean tables and chairs, clean bathrooms, offices
Prepare lifeguard stands (scrape and paint), paint wood trim around Pavilion, paint markings on deck, touch
up picnic benches and grills
Paint the main swimming pool
Add electrical outlets, inspect electrical wiring, fans and motors and maintenance where necessary
Inspect all plumbing and repair where necessary
Inspect and repair any necessary main deck work (concrete)
Scrape and paint main railing
Re-hang screens and replace hardware
Replace nets at basketball and tennis courts
